Booked by Nu Androids months ago, Wednesday’s Mat Zo show at Flash sold out in minutes.

British producer and DJ, Mat Zo, has quickly become a recognizable name, whether for his Grammy-nominated music or for stirring up beef via Twitter:

When he’s not calling out some of the biggest names in the industry on the interwebs, Mat Zo is doing work through his art. He just released a remix of Porter Robinson’s “Worlds” album and also put out a remix of The Knocks, “Collect My Love.” Rumor has it that he has a new album coming out soon too. All this makes the upcoming show at Flash the must-attend show of the month.

Will Mat Zo give us a preview to some new tracks? We hope so!

Will he rant about pop-music collaborations? That’d be fun!

Will Flash be jam-packed and you’ll probably have a hell of a time dragging yourself into work Thursday morning? Of course! And it’ll be totally worth it.

The last time Mat Zo was in town, he played a huge show at Echostage with Kill the Noise. After each played their individual sets, they teamed up for an hour of their alias “Kill the Zo.”  The lights came on only a little before 4:00 a.m. after some serious drum and bass. As described on his Facebook page: “When Mat’s involved, there is only one rule: expect the unexpected.” It’s no question why tickets to Mat Zo shows are a hot commodity.

If you don’t have your tickets yet, Flash will have a limited number available at the door. So, we hope you get lucky and find yourself at Flash for Mat Zo on Wednesday night. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck living vicariously through the Twittersphere.
