Another MEGA packed Echostage to its limits in Washington D.C. last Friday night. The MEGA’s are not to be missed, with promotion by Steez Promo with Ov3rkill Entertainment these events bring the biggest names and sell out before the doors open. This MEGA’s lineup was no exception and the place was packed long before Zeds Dead took the stage.
Brillz Played every song you would want to hear from him and more, including his tracks Callisto, Simon Says bootleg and Rootz which is still one of my favorite songs from this past summer. Before Xilent came on he needed a few more minutes to set up so Brillz announced to the crowd he was playing his new unreleased Zeds Dead remix.
Xilent played a killer set of his dub style tracks, and the majority of the songs of his new EP Touch Sound which is the amazing new release from Xilent.
Bare Noize brought the raw energy in his music to his live set with his distinct sound and DJ style.
Paper Diamond came on next and played an impressive set, his production style is unique and it carries over into his live shows.
Once Zeds Dead came on stage the crowd raised the energy and volume of Echostage again and went wild. Zeds Dead always put on an amazing show, and this show proved to be just that playing for 2 hours.
To close this MEGA Gemini played until 4 am to almost the entire 4,000 person crowd who stayed until the doors closed – Heres a video from the squirrel master in awe of Gemini.
