Le Youth is at U Street Music Hall this Thursday for his “Homewerk Tour,” named in celebration of his own newly-launched label, Homewerk Records.
Self-described as “California vibes touched by a twist of European flair,” Le Youth is an Ohio-born producer named Wes James. He’s hailing from Los Angeles, Calif. these days– and now he’s bringing his signature sound that celebrates indulgence and dancing to one of the best clubs in D.C.
Le Youth has already released a number of hits this year, starting with “Boomerang” and then killer dance floor remixes for Sia and Gryffin.
What’s even cooler? He is using the tour to connect with fans. The first 20 people who buy tickets get access to an ‘exclusive hangout’ with the artist before his show. Were you one of them?
As an added bonus, Pat Lok is supporting Le Youth on this D.C. stop, so that’s a whole extra set of funky disco to get down to. Check out his SnowTape Vol.1 for a preview of his set at SnowGlobe Music Festival in Lake Tahoe for New Year’s.
Clear your Thursday evening, gather your friends, throw down your cash, and get your tickets here before the show sells out.
